Johnson & Johnson, in collaboration with UNFPA and relevant provincial and district partners aim to contract one Youth Leadership Team (YLT) member in KwaZulu-Natal to actualise our commitment to empower young people to participate in developing, leading and implementing a peer to peer education programme by young people for young people.

The YLT gives young people a voice and to guide the DREAMS Thina Abantu Abasha program, and involve young people and youth-serving organizations in advising Johnson & Johnson and UNFPA in the application of the peer to peer program in Gauteng. The YLT demonstrates a shift away from working for young people, to empowering young people to create solutions to ensure youth-friendly approaches and action.
